Abstract

Activities to Increase Institutional Understanding and Implementation of Identity in Cooperatives are carried out to increase institutional understanding and Implementation of Identity in the Jasa Tirta Prima Cooperative. The method used in increasing this understanding is the descriptive method with case studies and direct field observations (cooperatives) to collect information as a source of data to be analyzed from problems to then be used as an Institutional Understanding and Implementation of Cooperative Identity. This activity lasts one month, integrated with Student Field Practice activities. The substance of the material presented includes cooperative financial management, preparation of financial reports, management of cooperative human resources, cooperative business development strategies, and implementation of cooperative identity. Activities are carried out in the process of mentoring the cooperative with the direction of the supervisor. Furthermore, discussions and discussions were carried out with the management and members of the cooperative, then activities regarding Increasing Institutional Understanding and Implementation of Cooperative Identity will be applied to cooperatives. This activity can run well as planned. The Jasa Tirta Prima Cooperative has the potential to be able to improve the institutional system and implement a good cooperative identity to develop its cooperatives.
