Abstract
BMT Bina Ummah Sleman Yogyakarta is a Sharia cooperative founded with the intention of eradicating loan sharks under the guise of financial services, has great potential because of its strategic location near the Godean market, Sleman. This BMT needs to be developed so that it can become a BMT that is trusted and excels in service and performance. The method we use is SWOT analysis, by providing questions regarding strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to BMT tools and related financial analysis, continuing to develop plans for business activities in the short and long term, and providing future recommendations for BMT Bani Ummah.
