Abstract

Risk management activities for the management of the Tani Makmur Bantul Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) aim to identify, analyze, manage, and reduce the risks faced by cooperatives in carrying out their operations. The main objective of risk management is to protect the sustainability and sustainability of cooperatives and optimize growth opportunities. The method carried out in this strengthening is by descriptive methods of case studies and direct observation to the field / cooperative to collect data and information which will then be identified problems and needs for strengthening programs and managerial assistance. This activity lasts for one month which is integrated with Student Field Practice activities. The substance of the material presented includes loan risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This activity is expected to run well to be able to develop the Tani Makmur Bantul KUD. There are several inputs that must be done so that risk management in KUD Tani Makmur Bantul runs well.
