Abstract

Changes in society in the digitalization era demand a faster response to customer needs. In the cooperative organization Member Meeting (RA Which acts as the highest decision holder, the RA is required to formulate and meet the needs of cooperative members. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the role of the Member Meeting in meeting the needs of cooperative members in facing the era of digitalization in consumer cooperatives with expertise and innovation. This study was conducted at the consumer cooperative Griya Jati Rasa Jogyakarta in a descriptive way used to study findings in the field in the form of facts in the form of information gathering. The results of field observations show that there are still gaps in performance achievements that have been targeted in the RA. Cooperative efforts to reach all members participate in entering the digitalization era to adapt and develop themselves according to digital changes. This field research produced three fields, namely the Trading Business Unit, the Savings and Loans Business Unit, and the Fostering Business Unit to develop green businesses such as waste banks and environmental preservation. Community empowerment practices have been carried out in a directed manner in a short time based on digitized Member Meeting decisions.
