Abstract
Anolyzing integrated cooperative model would involve many factors, both quantitative and qualitative. The relationship between financial aspect and social aspect on on organizotion will not provide conflict in achieving goals. This study took a sample of 76 cooperatives with the data observed for any of the variables related to capital structure, credit risk, social performance, financial performance and sustainability of cooperatives, with multi regression simultan recursive mode! panel data method, over o period of 72 months in the period from 2007 to 20L2 in the province of West lava. The empirical findings indicate that there is significant influence either simultaneously or partial capitol structure, credit risk and social performance to financial performance and there is integration between social performance and financial performance in achieving sustainability of cooperatives.
