Abstract
Siti Norlina (2019), Business performance analysis through the scorecard balance in an effort to increase members' economic benefits (Case Study on Cafetaria Unit KPRI RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin) under the guidance Mr. Dadan Hamdani. Cafetaria Unit KPRI RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin on October 2018 has moved and innovated, which was originally a kios concept and became a cafe sales concept located at the door of 14 Hasan Sadikin hospitals which were considered less strategic to serve members and non-members. If seen from the sales of the Unit Canteen Financial Report KPRI-RSHS Dr. RSUP Hasan Sadikin from 2014-2019 was relatively increasing, but the level of Business Results could not be able to measure the members' welfare. Then the performance analysis is carried out with the Balanced Scorecard method to determine the extent of the canteen unit's business performance in an effort to increase the economic benefits of the members. There are four perspectives analyzed, namely the Internal Business Process Perspective, the Growth and Learning Perspective, the Financial Perspective and the Customer Perspective. Based on the results of the calculation, it can be concluded that the perspective of the internal business process Cafetaria Unit KPRI RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin is in a fairly good category. For this reason, cooperatives must improve their performance and maintain and improve employee satisfaction. Based on the results of the calculation it can be concluded that the growth and learning perspective of the Cafetaria Unit KPRI RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin is in a fairly good category in carrying out activities that are on the sub-indicators of the growth and learning perspective. Based on the results of the calculation it can be concluded that the financial perspective assessment of the canteen unit of the Cafetaria Unit KPRI RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin is done by using financial ratios such as liquidity which are in an overlapping condition, Solvability and Rentability are in very good condition and Total asset turn over is in a bad condition. Based on the results of the calculation it can be concluded that at the perspective of the customer, namely the members of Cafetaria Unit KPRI RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin in the cooperative canteen unit was in a fairly good condition. To increase the provision of economic benefits to members it is necessary to measure business performance using the Balanced Scorecard method. Therefore, the Balanced Scorecard method really needs to be investigated, because it will cause subsequent developments not to experience developmental inhibitions in increasing members' economic benefits.
