Abstract
Muhammad Dahlan. Evaluation of Factors Affecting Business Performance and Its Impact on Direct Economic Benefits (Case Study at the Savings and Loan Unit of the Serba Usaha Cooperative RW 05 Bukit Ligar) Jl. Ligar Raya No. 51A District of Cimenyan, Bandung City, West Java. Under the guidance of Dra. Hj. Lely Savitri Dewi, M.Sc. This study departs from the health assessment of the RW 05 RW Ligar Savings Unit, which has aspects of business performance that have not been achieved in 2018, from the lack of achievement of business performance that will have an impact on the economic benefits of members both as owners and customers. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the achievement of business performance and its impact on the economic benefits of members. This study uses a case study method that is conducted by direct observation of the object under study and indirectly based on realistic situations, written report of KSU RW 05 Bukit Ligar. Based on the results of the discussion it can be seen that the factors that influence the achievement of business performance are 1). Risk ratio of problem loans to loans given, 2). General Management, Assets and Liquidity, 3). The ratio of operating expenses to gross SHU, 4). Ratio of Cash and Banks to current liabilities, 5). Asset Rentability, 6) Member economic promotion. So trus decreasing TME for members in 2018 compered to 2017. This indicated that the efforts of the USP still need to be improved in order to achieve the impact of optimal economic benefits for members.
