Abstract
Muhamad Ripanor, Influence of Service Quality On Member Participation ( Case Study at Koperasi Kredit Mitra Cipta Sejahtera Jl. Pananjung Kp. Cikancung Ds. Pananjung Kec. Cangkuang Kab. Bandung Province of West Java), under tuition Drs. Sukmahadi.,M.Si.,Ak. The Writer interested to did the research with that title based on degradation of capital presentation, loan proceeds, and total of members with exit members. The aim of this research determined the influence of service quality and members satisfaction which implemented by Koperasi on Members Participation of Koperasi Kredit Mitra Cipta Sejahtera. Method which used in this research is case study method, that is collected data by used observation, interview, questionnaire, and book study. Quantity of Sampel used by researcher was 40 members who visited Koperasi and also who live near koperasi area, expected the sample were taken can represent overall of population.Then, the data and information analyzed by descriptively and statistical analysis. After done influence test by simultaneous that showed quality of service and satisfaction have significant effect on members participation. But the participation was not only satisfied on service by Employees of Koperasi Kredit Mitra Cipta Sejahtera. Proved with R square value is 0,309 that mean the members participation influenced by service quality and satisfaction by 30,9%.
