Abstract

The role of cooperatives in a highly competitive economy requires more constructive development efforts. The effort carried out by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs in the framework of empowering cooperatives is to develop large-scale cooperatives to become a chain of strengthening micro, small and medium enterprises. With the development of large-scale cooperatives, it is hoped that it can increase the local economy and trigger other cooperatives to improve their performance. For this reason, technical guidelines for developing large-scale cooperatives are compiled, which are used by all parties involved as a guidance for mentoring.
