Abstract
The development and sustainability process of a cooperative relies on active member participation. Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita faces challenges in achieving optimal member participation, as reflected in recommendations within the managerial and supervisory report. These recommendations emphasize the significance of each member's involvement in cooperative development collectively. To address this issue, the optimization aims to analyze the root causes of insufficient member participation and formulate strategies to enhance their engagement. Through a collaborative approach and effective communication development, this proceeding endeavors to identify solutions that can boost member participation, contribute to cooperative growth, and achieve shared objectives.
