Abstract

Cooperative performance improvement activities through the implementation of Member Meetings are intended to provide guidance to the management and members. By having a good mechanism for organizing Member Meetings, every decision that will be made by the cooperative will have a consensus value among the members of the cooperative. Observation and interview methods The Griya Jati Rasa Consumer Cooperative continues to strive to develop itself to become a leading cooperative. With an increase in the number of members each year, it is an advantage for the Griya Jati Rasa Consumer Cooperative because the more and more active members of a cooperative, the greater the opportunity for the cooperative to develop and advance so that it can compete with other business entities. The following are some of the activities carried out to support the Griya Jati Rasa Consumer Cooperative in continuing to develop and advance. Participated in holding seminars for Member Meetings, made adjustments to the format for recording financial reports in accordance with Minister of KUKM Regulations, and implemented innovation and consistency in implementing digital marketing.
