Abstract

Suci Dina Harina (2021) An analysis of service in an effort to increase member participation as a customer, a case study on the fish auctioning unit in the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Mandiri Mina Fajar Sidik, Subang West Java, under the guidance of Ami Purnamawati and Fitriana Dewi Sumaryana. Economic institutions suitable to be applied in Indonesia are cooperatives, their families and mutual cuts. In addition, the activity in the cooperative not only looks for profits, but it is based on activities for joint well-being, one of the cooperatives that dissolves for mutual welfare is KUD Mandiri Mina Fajar Sidik by increasing cooperative services in members, it is expected to increase member participation to continue to contribute In developing cooperatives and improving joint well-being. This study aims to determine how efforts that must be done in the unit of fish auction places so that the participation of members as customers continues to increase. The research method used is to use case study methods with scoring techniques and analysis on the Cartesian diagram. The results showed that the implementation of services in unit members of the fish auction site is quite good and the expectations of members are very important, with the statement, it can be concluded that the implementation of members of the Member in the unit of fish auction places is quite good but must be increased again because of the expectations of members of the fish auctioning unit very high.
