Abstract

Institutional Strengthening of the Salak Farmers Cooperative Through Managerial Assistance is carried out with the aim of improving the managerial system of the Sunaring Rejeki Kaesti Cooperative. The method used in this reinforcement is the descriptive case study method and direct observation to the field/cooperative to collect data and information which will then identify problems and the need for strengthening programs and managerial assistance. This activity lasts for one month which is integrated with Student Field Practice activities. The substance of the material presented includes digitization of cooperatives, preparation of financial reports, cooperative business development strategies. This activity was also carried out with observations and real work from field practice students in the mentoring process at cooperatives under the direction of a supervisor. Furthermore, discussions and discussions were carried out with the management and members of the cooperative which then this managerial assistance activity would be applied to the cooperative. This managerial assistance activity can run well as planned. The Sunaring Rejeki Kaesti Cooperative has the potential to be able to improve a good institutional and managerial system to be able to develop its cooperative. There are several improvements and improvements that must be made in order to develop consistently and stably.
