Abstract
Cooperative digital transformation is a necessity so that cooperatives can adapt to the current digital economy era. The challenges in the future will be even greater. Requires speed, agility, and convenience for the members so that it is expected to prosper the members. Digitalizing transactions at the Mageri Urip Cooperative minimarket business unit is expected to make it easier for the members. Like, online buying products. However, this cooperative has not been able to take advantage of it. Analysis techniques that can help to analyze the deficiencies and constraints that occur in the Mageri Urip Employee Cooperative, by finances analysis and SWOT technique analysis. SWOT analysis can assist cooperatives in determining and assessing the condition and development of cooperative members. The expected results of this field practice activity can be considered for the Mageri Urip Employees' Cooperative to develop the cooperative in terms of its members and business.
