Abstract
Fajar Hadi Kuncahyo, Appropriateness Business Development Analysis of Martabak Acil Gama (Case Study at Martabak Acil Gama One of Binakarya Sejahtera of Pra Cooperative Member at Cibeunying Kaler Subdistrict, Bandung City, West Java). Under guidance of Dr. Trida Gunadi, SE., MSi and Dr. Akhmad Yunani, SE., MT. Usaha Mikro, Kecil Menengah (UMKM) and cooperative sector must be empowered to deal business competition that is harder nowadays. Those both sectors empowerment can be able to do with unite the power of Usaha Mikro, Kecil Menengah (UMKM) and potency of cooperative sectors. Martabak Acil Gama Business is a business that owned by one of Binakarya Sejahtera of Pra Cooperative member. Martabak Acil Gama Business shows its rising of demand year by year. Therefore, it will become the opportunity to improve of sales. Martabak Acil Gama Business development with the method of open the new store is one of marketing methods that is necessary for Martabak Acil Gama business. This Plan is using modern concept and serving Martabak product differentiation. Open the new store hopefully can be able to fulfill consumer’s needs about Martabak Acil Gama and making consumers buy it easily. Purpose of this research is to analyse the properness of Martabak Acil Gama Business development to analize of approriateness business development of Martabak Acil Gama. The Location of Research at production place of Martabak Acil Gama and Binakarya Sejahtera of Pra Cooperative in Cibeunying Kaler subdistrict, Bandung City, West Java. Research has been holding for two months, that is on March until April 2019. There are methods that are used in this research such as SWOT analysis and Business Properness Study for knowing whether suitable or not suitable this business and also knowing alternative strategy that will be applied. Result of SWOT analysis Martabak Acil Gama business is on quadrant II, that is Diverensiation strategy, the right alternative strategy is S-T strategy that probably makes Martabak Acil Gama to take strengths to face up Treatment and see the opportunities to press up strengths. The result of properness analysis from market and marketing aspects, technical/operation, management and organization, and financial, this business development is proper to do. Investment capital that is needed to open a new Martabak Acil Gama store is Rp67.990.475,00. This business development financial properness criteria is PP 3,42 years. NPV that is resulted with five years business age is Rp991.619.510. IRR 56,739%, and PI 2,7 times. Supports of cooperative in this business development are : (1) Cheap of staple, (2) guarantee of iii staple continuely, , (3) holding management training and production, (4) giving capital loan (5) giving production inventory.
