Abstract
Mochammad Hasan Sy (C1170424). Taking the title on analysis of human resource development manager in effort to increase member participation (case study at koperasi PD Dharma Nirmala Kota Bandung). Guided by Dr. Heri Nugraha,SE.M.Si and Agrivinie Rainy Firohmatillah,SE.M.Si Human resource development manager in effort to increase member participation who as a whole a employes of PD Kebersihan Dharma Nirmala, as authors conducted research at Kopkar PD Dharma Nirmala, there is a phenomenon, namely the lack of overall education and training that is not in accordance with employees and on the side of members lack of cooperative education so as to cause low participation of members. In Kopkar PD Dharma Nirmala there are 10 managers and 1206 members. In its activities, Kopkar PD Dharma Nirmala as a multi-business cooperative has two business units, namely a commercial business unit and a savings and loan business unit. In increasing member participation, synergy between employes members and programs. So, the development of important resources is carried out so that the manager can provide good service and management of cooperatives so that it is expected to increase the participation of members. Based on the results of research, there are things that need to be adjusted, namely, in providing training, it is hoped that the instructor can adjust to the participants' education so that it is understandable, the time availability needs to be considered because there are employees who cannot follow due to working time. On the member side, the low participation is caused by a lack of cooperative education and services that are deemed not in accordance with the needs of members. In this study used descriptive approach with analysis method, using likert scale spread to samples consisting of, administrators and employees as many as 7 people and members as many as 37 people. For human resource development use 4 indicators and for member participation is used 2 indicators consist of participation as a member and participation as a customer. In the end, the human resource development manager in an effort to increase member participation in Kopkar PD Dharma Nirmala is overall good. Overall human resource development has a good score and for the participation of members as a whole, the owner and customer, the overall score is very good, although there are a number of things that need to be improved and adjusted..
