Abstract
Najarudin Sutisna (C1150200). Analysis of the Board of Director Rules in Improving Employee Performance. A case study of the Cicendo Eye Hospital Employee Cooperative, located in Jalan Cicendo No. 4, Kelurahan Sumur Bandung, Kecamatan Cicendo, Bandung, West Java, under supervision of Mr. Drs. Dindin Burhanudin M.Sc. This research aims to study the board of director rules in Cicendo Eye Hospital Employee Cooperative, investigate the employee performance of Cicendo Eye Hospital Employee Cooperative, and understand the roles of the management in the efforts of improving employee performance at the Cicendo Eye Hospital Employee Cooperative (KOPRUSMAT Cicendo). The method used is case study using a descriptive analysis. The results of this work show that based on recapitulation results of the board of director rules questionnaire at KOPRUSMAT Cicendo using 21 employees as the respondents, a total variable score of 980 was obtained, which suggests that the executed board of director rules are considered to be good enough. Therefore, there are still indicators that are not yet optimal or need to be improved related to the management roles as a leader in the cooperative organization. Based on recapitulation results of the employee performance questionnaire at the KOPRUSMAT Cicendo using 21 employees as the respondents, a total variable score of 742 was obtained, which suggests that the employee performance has been implemented well, but there are still indicators that have not been performed optimally, which have to be taken into consideration, that include thoroughness in doing the job and the board of director rules in improving the employee performance at KOPRUSMAT Cicendo. Based on the processed questionnaire, it can be concluded that a sufficient board of director rules can apparently result in a good employee performance, which means that a non-optimal employee performance is achieved mainly due to the indicator that cannot be considered to be proper, which is the thoroughness in conducting the job.
