Abstract
VA ROSMAWATI, Analysis of Employee Motivation in Increasing Member Participation as Owners and Service Users in the Indonesian Tofu Tempe Producers Cooperative (KOPTI), Ciparay District, Bandung City - West Java (Case Study), under the guidance of Rosti Setiawati, S.E M.Si. KOPTI Bandung which is the material for research studies by compilers is in order to foster and develop cooperatives by finding out in advance, what and how about KOPTI Bandung. Apart from being a form of concern, it is also intended that KOPTI Bandung get the attention of related parties, such as related agencies or the local government. This is because the support and cooperation of all parties will automatically affect, both psychologically and at the level of marketing, which must be organized more neatly. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design about employee motivation in increasing the participation of members of the Indonesian Tofu Tempe Producers Cooperative (KOPTI). To find out whether there is a relationship between employee motivation to increase member participation, the authors conducted a case method research, interviews and questionnaires to related respondents and poured it out through descriptive analysis. Based on a preliminary case study at the Indonesian Tofu Tempe Production Cooperative (KOPTI), there are several phenomena regarding (1) Employee motivation in the KOPTI Soybean Business Unit, seen from the respondents' answers as a whole have poor motivation, meaning that employee motivation is in good enough criteria and needs to be improved. Things that need attention and improvement include providing opportunities to lead etc. (2) Participation of members As owners and users of services in the KOPTI soybean business from the respondents' answers as a whole are included in the unfavorable criteria, there are things that must be considered by the cooperative, namely by tapping on the supply of soybeans in sufficient quantities according to the needs of members etc. (3) The efforts made by KOPTI in increasing the participation of members as owners and service users through employee motivation in the Soybean Business is to have close relations with members, provide good service to members by being friendly and friedndly
